箱式破碎机也称重锤破碎机，方箱破碎机，是吸收国内外先进技术，综合普通重锤式破碎机、反击式破碎机、立轴重锤式破碎机及各种用锤头（板锤）对石料进行打击破碎的机械原理上，经过优化设计后，制造生产出了Zui新一代破碎机械产品，改变了以篦条控制出料颗粒大小的方法，减少了锤头在破碎腔内的磨损，使锤头的寿命提高4—6倍，每付锤头可破碎石料3—4万吨，实现了破碎技术的重大突破，真正达到了事半功倍的效果。

产品概述

箱式破碎机单个锤头重量大、转子转速高、锤头转动惯量大，充分体现了以大破小、以重碎轻的优势，且具有对超大块石料进行蚕食式破碎的独特能力。

工作原理

石料由机器上部直落入高速旋转的转盘，在高速离心力的作用下，产生高速度的撞击与高密度的粉碎，石料在互相打击后，又会在转盘和机壳之间形成涡流运动而造成多次的互相打击、摩擦、粉碎、直至粉碎成所要求的粒度。

产品结构

箱式破碎机机架部分为三分体结构，只须打开破碎机后部机壳，即可进行更换板锤、破碎板、衬板等检修维护作业。箱式破碎机零部件的互换性强，易损件品种少，便于备件的采购和管理。液压开启装置用于机壳的启闭，可以有效地降低维护劳动强度，提高维护工作效率，缩短维护工作时间。箱式破碎机的监测系统可以对破碎机的运行状况进行随时监测，监测信号可以与主控制系统联锁，保证机器的安全、可靠运行。箱式破碎机的驱动系统采用电动机+机械联轴器+v型皮带+破碎机的方式，能有效改善电机启动性能，使电机能平稳启动运行。皮带传动方式可起到双重的过载保护的功能，驱动系统所要求的电机功率低，大大降低运行成本。此驱动方案是经济实用、性能优良、安全可靠的驱动方案。
